We bought a farm. So wonderful, but so much to do! We are still homeschooling, and with my youngest children in high school, I feel like I am in the home stretch! I found an Apologia Chemistry text, test booklet and accompanying CD ROM used on eBay---and it was within my budget, so that's what we are using this year.
I like science, but I don't think I could fill a page with the information I remember from high school chemistry. (Even if I wrote really large!) In an effort to make my life easier (and hopefully lecture less!) I found some resources that I want to share.
Helpful links for Apologia Chemistry:
OwlHaven: Lecture notes, study guides and video links
YouTube: Apologia Chemistry Experiment Videos
Quizlet: Apologia Chemistry Module Terms
DonnaYoung.org: Bookmarks that include a checklist of topics and vocabulary (Though many of the resources are for 1st edition)
Not Specifically for Chemistry, but...
The HomeScholar: I found her article on teaching lab science really helpful!
